Acceptance of terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Safety & weather data disclaimer
All safety, weather, and road condition data on this site comes from official sources but is provided "as is" without warranty. It does not replace official information. Always check official sources before venturing onto roads or into hazardous environments — especially the Icelandic Met Office (vedur.is), the Road Administration (umferdin.is) and Safe Travel (safetravel.is). Weather, road conditions and access change rapidly and without notice.
Affiliate links & advertising
The site earns revenue through ads and affiliate links. Some links may be affiliate links — this does not affect your price but gives us a commission. Ads are clearly labeled as such.
Limitation of liability
ColdCircle is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or data inaccuracy. The site is an information resource, not an official service. Use is at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The site, design, and implementation belong to ColdCircle. Data from official sources belongs to those sources. Reproduction or distribution of content without permission is not permitted.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
