Choose your tour

From mid-May to August it never gets fully dark in Iceland, so you can visit places in the evening after the day crowds have gone. These are summer tours built around being awake when the sun sits on the horizon.

Before you book

  • Book the late slot — the day tours are done and the sites are far emptier.
  • Sleep is hard in the light, so bring an eye mask or check that your accommodation has blackout curtains.
  • The best light is roughly 22:00–01:00, though in June it stays usable all night.
